1. How do I rent a Storage Unit?

Along with filling out a short month to month contract, you would provide a security deposit and first month’s rent.


2. What documentation  do I need to rent a storage unit?

A State I.D. with a current address.


3. Is there a Military Discount?

Yes, we will waive the deposit for ACTIVE Military Personnel.


4. How do I make a payment?

NO, you can if you would like,

We have them for purchase.

$10.00 per lock

Yes if the unit is completely cleaned out nothing remaining in unit.


8. Does The Storage Mall provide Insurance?

No, you as the renter need to obtain Insurance if wanted.
